SysAid Installation & Beyond » Agentfiles Folder is really big...? » Go to message

My server started telling me that I was running out of space on the D: drive and when I started looking around I found that the folder "D:\Ilient\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\agentfiles" is over 38GB is size???

I cant find on the website an explanation of what these files are so I can make a plan on deleting them, or archiving them or what needs to be done.

Thanks in advance for any help.

The reason I am asking is that I am planning training with several mangers/supervisors in our company that will be an overview of our IT systems and helpdesk services (SysAid.) I thought you did a great job so I was wondering what others thought.
