Frank, i'm afraid that this feature is not in our scope for the next release. However, i indeed did some search on this.. I can create a new date field for you, then, if you have the Manager Dashboard module, i can duplicate your required reports (for example, open/closed per period). Instead of generating this report for the closed time field, it will be associated within the new custom date field.
I think that this will work perfect for you.
Let me know.
Best Regards.
Ori Sharon.

Hey Frank,
As you already know, the close time is an automatic field, just like the submit time and it won’t have the option to be overwritten
However, you can use a different field (that i can generate for you) and to simply customize it with any logic you want to contain a new close time date.
You are more then welcome to contact our support (helpdesk@sysaid.com) and mention in the request that you spoke with me.
I will guide you on the request how we can perform such a field.
Best Regards.

Hey Skye1,
Honestly, i'm not completely sure what is the issue here.. i went to your website (http://topplacestravel.co.za/index.php) , clicked on the "Live Help" icon on the right side and was able to open the chat console. I even tried this with IE9 and didn't encounter any errors on the page. Did you fix / change this ?
Best Regards.

Hey andrewl94133,
We here at SysAid get 500-1000 requests per day and SysAid works perfectly. I can recommend you to put at least 4GB of RAM on your SysAid server machine for that kind of implementation.
Best Regards.

Hello TheRaven,

Hello jabain,
When you use SSO under a windows machine, it automatically logged you in with the user name and password you have login to your windows machine. This is the whole point of SSO (Single Sign On). When you use the mobile browser or app, the SSO feature cannot be used since there's no Windows environment in there. That's why you have been prompted for a login box.
In the login box, you should insert your admin credentials (it will be your Windows login credentials).
An alternate way will be to open your iphone's browser, and navigate to http://hostname:port/mobile. When you lunch this link, are you able to see the login page at all? if you do see it, then please try to login with your domain credentials..
Did you try to download the latest SysAid app from your app store?
In addition, did you try this with wifi connection and 3d network as well?
Best Regards,
Ori Sharon

Hello Damiri,
If your PBX system allows link creation, then you should set it to generate the following link :
The most obvious example is identifying the user by the caller ID. To do that, the link that needs to open is http://server-name:8080/SRPhone.jsp?id=0&autoUserField_phone=<CallerID>
You can use the following parameters instead of the phone number:
autoUserField_user_name
autoUserField_first_name
autoUserField_last_name
autoUserField_email_address
autoUserField_sms_number
autoUserField_phone
autoUserField_cell_phone
autoUserField_car_number
autoUserField_building
autoUserField_floor
autoUserField_cubic
autoUserField_cust_text1
autoUserField_cust_text2
autoUserField_cust_int1
autoUserField_cust_int2
It is also possible to open the standard SR form by using http://server-name:8080/SREdit.jsp?id=0&autoUserField_phone=<CallerID>
Best Regards.

Hey nvincent,
The survey questions is stored in the survey_questions table while the answers are stored in the survey_answers table
Keep in mind that changing any fields in your SysAid database structure or info is against our EULA (End User License Agreement). In case of any damage, you won't be eligible for support.

Helloo danpierson,
It is quite hard to guess that the upgrade patch failed.. Did you run the SysAidServerPatchFree8.0.0.7.exe patch? if you did, then we need to see your SysAid log files to better understand your issue.
The log file should be under your ...\SysAidServer\root\WEB-INF\logs\sysaid.log file (but we should check it once you finish the upgrade patch)..
Best Regards.

It is quite hard to understand from here what is the cause of it.. Please send us an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com with the screen shots you attached here and we will schedule remote session with
you to investigate this online on your site. In the email you send, please add a link to this conversation.
Best Regards.

Dear Jason5527,
I have tried your syntax and it is working great on my 8.0x test environment. Do you receive any error message while using this filter or it simply doesn't show you any records?
You can also submit a new service request to helpdesk@sysaid.com with a screen shot of your helpdek > list view and a copy of your customize list button (green cog-wheel) for our review.
Best Regards
Ori Sharon.

As a SysAid client, you should have a user name and password to login our website to submit requests. On the End User Portal, you can see all your service requests history. On that page, you can
view all previous communications and also to submit new comments (in the notes area).
If you don't have/remember your login credentials, please send us an email to helpdesk@sysaid.com and we will provide you your new credentials.
In case you didn't receive the first email, we will be glad to send it again.. if, for some reason, the mail went into your spam/junk folder, you can add an exception to allow emails from @sysaid.com address. Since this configuration
is on your mail server, there's nothing we can do to handle that.
I hope i provided you an answer for this.
Best Regards.
Ori Sharon.
