Hey Albert-cybertronic,
Welcome to our community. I hope you'll find all the necessary help here.
Regarding the Agent for IOS 10.7, there is no update yet.
We are about to release SysAid v8.5 so there may be an update about this.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey paulf,
The software list is taken from the registry but we still have miss much that we are working to resolve.
In any case, If you are having problems with remote control or with the deployment tool, I suggest to upgrade your agents and server to 8.1.03.
Regarding the question about the upgrade or installation,
It is ok to install a new agent version on existing one.

Hi guys, You are correct, at the moment, you can only sort according to the server name However, in our next release we changed the list filters \ sorting like the SR list so you will be able to sort it according to your needs The beta should be release next month.

Hola Rayserger,
Welcome to our community.
Actually SysAid already has a Spanish translation and you don't need to add anything.
Simpy go to Preferences > Account Default > change the language to Spanish.
Any new user that you will create now will be in this language.
If you already have users in the system, please go to Preferences > User management > End User manager > click on show all > toggle all > click on the change user settings > change the language to Spanish.

brgnewman,
Please add a screenshot of the SysAid server service properties > logOn page.

brgnewman,
Did you try the WMI tool to import the assets that you can't install the agent on and then deploy the SysAid Agent from the asset information page under Asset Management > Asset List?

Hi brgnewman, Did you try to use the Deployment Tool? Please download and install it on one of the computers \ servers in the network and try to install the agents. It will also show you a map of your network. In edition, in both deployment options, please set the log level to "debug" and try to deploy to 1-3 computers and not to all the domain. If you will not succeed with the deployment, please go to C:\Program Files\SysAid\Logs , zip the folder and send it to me.

Hi Saimonsais,
You do need to have a Windows machine in the network to install this discovery service.
This will send the network information to the server and add the service name to the list.
In edition, if you have a remote LAN and you want to install the SysAid Agent on the assets on this remote LAN, you can install the discovery service on one of the assets on that LAN and it will send all the network information and add another service name in the network discovery list.

Hi Copenhague,
Welcome to our SysAid community.
There is a work around for this issue. You will need to import the SSL key to Java in the computer you have the discovery service installed on.

Hey guys,
Sorry for the delay in response.
From what you describe I believe that User2 replies all and that is why it opens another SR in your system.
Because this is a new "subject" to SysAid and there is no #SRNumber in the subject, it is creating new SR's.
I think that the only thing you can do is ask your clients to do not CC others when they send ticket to SysAid.

Hey guys,
I didn't read all the posts but:
If you are installing SysAid on Linux, you must use the Discovery Service to import the network information.
That is because you do not have services on the Linux server

Hi JoelT,
Sorry for the delay in response.
In the latest version 8.1 we are allowing only .swf files.
You can upload other .swf files and use them if you want.
The reason for this is the size of the files.
The original sound when the user reply is only a bip so you are not missing anything
