I manually ran the SysAid Agent install, which I had NOT yet done and will see if this gets rid of this error....thanks again for your input on this.

sorry...i am running version 7.5.04 FREE version and it is only on one stand alone machine. This is no huge problem since it is only this machine. I installed via the upgrade patch and not a full install and have only gotten this error since the upgrade. I'm not sure if I should re-download the patch, do a full install of SysAid, or just ignore the error as it isn't causing major issues to funtionality. I just wondered if anyone else had seen this problem.
Thank you!!!!

I found that I was having issues w/ SysAid v. 7.0.4 in IE not prompting to add an SR to knowledge base and having a hit or miss email notification when closing an SR...since I've moved to Firefox ALL of that works seamlessly!!! Does anyone know how to change the default browser to Firefox for the SysAid login / shortcuts created???

what file types would one need to "upload" to SysAid server to change the icon displayed by an asset type in the above described fields? Would BMP, JPEG, GIF files work? or do I need a specific .ICO or other file type to change these fields..
I want to customize some of those generic ones to better reflect my asset type!!!
Thanks to anyone with help in advance!

hope I can find the right area for this...While logged into the above mentioned version, if I am inactive for a period of time, then go in to modify a SR, it bumps me back to the login screen after trying to apply a change, as if i'm logged out due to inactivity.
Where might I change the "timeout" period so to speak, if indeed I can do that at all???
Thanks in advance!
