We are expanding our business and have captured 2 entities that are at remote locations. What is the easiest way to have Sysaid Identify the Location once a Ticket comes in.

Employee Z from location 3 submits a ticket. I want see that the problem is in Location 3 as part of the ticket.

Any ideas on the best way to do this?
I dont still have the old license.. However, I checked the box, logged out, closed IE, reopened, got the same error. Unchecked the box, logged out, closed IE, Reopened and the error is now gone. I log directly to the admin portal.
OK I wish it were as simple as removing the containers and grps.. I would not have bothered posting. However, I have done all that and it is still pulling more users than are in the ou i have selected. Any one have any ideas?
Unfortunately, that was one of the first things I tried.. had no effect.
2 admins
102 users

Assets out the yingyang...... many more than we licensed but we use an in house developed DB to manage those.
When I log into Sysaid the first page I am directed to is the managers portal. That is left over from the trial version. I didn't purchase the managers module. How can I change it so when I login it it takes me directly to the admin portal instead. Tired of gettting the warning message and having to click ok.
I have a problem with the LDAP tool importing more than what is actually there. While using the trial version it worked perfectly. Now that I have purchased the license I am lost in the LDAP maze. Since buying the full license the software now picks up all the OUs, GRoups, and CNs and there contents. All my end users are in an ou name Users_ou. there are 102 total. For some reason it is finding 136 and guess what I only have a 120 user license. If anyone out here is an AD specialist and can provide me with some sort of filter that would allow it to just find the users in "Users_ou" I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you I will do that.
LDAP is configured and working. however it is not deploying.
I just downloaded the full version trial and want to try to get all the great features set up so I can get the most out of my 30 days and see if this is a viable solution for our company.

Here is the first of Many questions to come:

Asset management> Network Discovery> Deploy Agents has a spot to select a doamin for deployment. Howev er my domain does NOT appear in the drop down. I am figuring that I missed it during setup. Any Idea where I can fix that?
