Hi,
I have 2 email accounts for a creating a SR (error and warning)
When a warning email is sent, the alert bullit should be orange.
When an error email is sent, the alert bullit must be red.
Do I have to create a rule or ....

We only user "Submit a Service Request" and "View Your Service History" for the end user.
We would like these 2 item next to each other instead of under each other.

I want to change the text "Welcome to SysAid!".
Which file(s) do I have to change?

We are using Ubuntu 9.10 and we have problems with the linux and perl agent.
Running perl script we do not recieve software products in SYSAID.
Running linux script we get the following issue:
Connecting to 192.168.10.119:8080... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 500 Internal Server Error
2010-01-07 13:24:47 ERROR 500: Internal Server Error.
We have all the laste sofware of perl and lshw.
From the windows and suse clients we recieve the software products.

SysAid Support resolved this problem with a new script:
