I’m clicking through the helpdesk portal and depending on what I click on the page won’t fully load and will look like the picture attached. This initially happened when I switched to helpdesk but now only happens when using the all, closed, or closed reviewed sort. This seems to be a problem with my account because no one else has encountered this issue.

So, my IT department uses the knowledgebase for all of our Technotes and manuals, IP lists, Visio Diagrams, Technical Training Videos, and Technical Information (including links to network folders and online documentation).

So these were made available only for the Admins. We do not really use the Knowledgebase for our End Users.


But, post 8.05, how can I have our Knowledgebase itmes made avaiable for our technicians again?

I can find most of them, but only in view mode, which makes all of the links NULL.

We have a problem in change templates....we created many change templates, and configured the status on the tab "Change Details" to new. Until here everything is fine.
Then in the next workflow tab, we have several action items, the first one has configured in "Atributes"->"on activation change status to" [b]Being Analyse[/b]. And here is the problem, the status dont change....if i conplete the action item, the other action item change de status correctly but not the first one....
I tried to config a dummy action item to autocomplete and only change the status on completion, but it dont autocomplete....can anyone help me?
Is this a know issue? If yes, is there any way that i can workarounfd it????

we've already moved the server to the new domain with the new name.

I can also change the "Server URL" in the Downloads sections.

how can i easily deploy this new URL to the clients?

Now the only issue I have is the enduser signup still points to the old server URL.

I currently have the login working as:

http://mydomain.com/Login.jsp

but on the enduser portal, when you click on the link to sign up it points to:

http://myservername:8080/SignUp.jsp

which is no longer valid.

Need it to point to:

http://mydomain.com/SignUp.jsp

or

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/SignUp.jsp

the laptop has almost 300 gb of free space I created a new DWord Value in regedit IRPStackSize made set the vaule at a higher number and that did not work I got that off of google. The jump in the existing calendar and again is time consuming back into the SR

Maybe is indeed a link in the SR with which one could open the calendar in a new window for the info.

I have opened a future post, maybe you can still integrate it into version 8.5! :wink:
