Windows 7 SysAid Romote Control

I am having a problem remote controlling all of my Windows 7 computers using the SysAid App. Remote Control works flawlessly on Windows XP computers, but when I click “start” within SysAid under the RC tab for a Windows 7 computer it will just refresh the screen and never throw up the remote control prompt on the client computer.

Is there something specific I need to do for Windows 7 computers so that remote control will work?
Hi agensysit,

The mirror drivers are available in the Setting of the deployment tool.
I tried again and again to using the “Deploy SysAid” tool, although I was able to find and enable the “Install mirror driver to accelerate performance” I could not get the tool to deploy the agent to any of my test computers.

I currently deploy the agent through the MIS package via a GPO. I did find and enable the “REMOTECONTROLMIRRORDRIVER” in the MST and was able to redeployed the agent to all of my computers including my main computer, that I remote from, but it still is not working.
If the deployment tool doesn't install the mirror driver please use this installation file depending on your OS to install the mirror driver and reduce the latency.

http://webdist.sysaid.com/drivers.zip
I downloaded the drivers you linked but I noticed that none of them are for Windows 7. As I said above I successfully deployed the agent with the "REMOTECONTROLMIRRORDRIVER" enabled in the MSI package. Is that going to be enough or should I also install the drivers on each computer as well?

I also noticed you said this is to reduce latency I am not getting any latency so much as much no connection at all.

Update:
My service request for this issue was ultimately escalated to the SysAid senior support team. I supplied them with screenshots of my configuration and SysAid logs files from the remote windows 7 computer as requested by the SysAid support team. It turns out that they will not be able to support Windows 7 until SysAid version 7.0 comes out. As of now they where not able to provide me with any kind of ETA other then the next couple to few months. This really sucks because I really like this software, I guess I will have to keep my eye out for other alternatives.

We are struggling with this issue as well.

We have plans to begin to upgrade to at least 7.5 very soon. Hopefully, these issues will be fixed as we are planning wide-scale deployment of Win 7.

We're getting the same thing - the "new" tool spends more time disconnecting then it does staying connected. Today's issue which has just about pushed me over the top with this product is I used the Direct Connect and anywhere I clicked on the user's desktop, the pointer would be landing inches away ... trying to click on an icon would keep "missing" the target.

I finally just gave up and verbally walked the user through the issue.

This version is no better.

Problems here with Remote Control too - ever since they added the 'Remote Control Gateway' the Direct Connection method has been playing up and we're getting fed up with it to be honest. Why did they add the RCG? It's a hell of a lot less capable than the Direct Connect option.

I can't connect using the Directct option at all - keeps telling me "There was a problem disabling nagle's algorithm' !! See attached screenshot.
