Unable to Remote Control PCs

I thought I'd already posted a topic about this problem but I can't find it now so maybe I didn't!

The problem I'm having is that for the last few weeks whenever I try to remote control a PC, after the user clicks the 'Accept' button they then get a message saying "There is another instance of SysAidRC* already running". The remote control session is never established. This happens even after a reboot so it's not as if there is an old RC session still live.

Remote control used to work perfectly every time but now this problem happens every time, on every computer I try and control so I can't RC anymore!

*or something similar!

Oops, I missed your reply to this! The problem seems to be happening with all of our assets. Is there a way to uninstall the agent on all clients and reinstall it from the server?

Hi Phil Stratford,

You can undeploy using the Deployment tool or Network Discovery in Asset Management.

Open the Deployment tool > select the assets you want to remove the agent from and click on the Undeploy icon.

In Asset Management > Network Discovery > Deploy Agent > create new task and undeploy the agent from all your assets by domain or IP range.
