As you may already know... we are soon going to release SysAid Helpdesk App for Android and it will be available in the market for free download.

In the meanwhile, those of you who would like to take part in the Beta testing of the App can do so following the below instructions:

1. On your device, go to Settings->Applications and mark the Unknown sources option as selected.
2. From your device, open the following link to download Android SysAid App

Yes. On my Moto Droid running 2.1 it would launch but force close when rotating the screen from potrait to landscape. I updated to Froyo (2.2) earlier today and now the app won't launch. Just a suggestion for the SysAid Devs, to possibly save future headaches with support and maintenance for application overhead - but why not simply implement a roboust mobile site?

Not sure why you had to open a port in order to login to your CSS account because we are using the same port as you connect from you pc or the web browser on you Blackberry.

Please change back the settings and then try to login to your CSS account using the Blackberry browser and let us know if this works.

You have to re-launch 3 or 4 times before it opens.
It generates a feedback report which contains various bits of info including:
Report type - Crash
Exception Class name - java.lang.IllegalStateException
Source File - CookieSyncManager.java

There is a stack trace with loads of info about it not being able to start the activity.

If I re-launch several times it will eventually start. The other guys here using the same phone have the same issue. Any ideas?
