The relevant features will be of course integrated in our main SysAid product very soon !

Some of these features are:
- End user and company details are available in the title of each service request an you can expand the title for full details
- A New customer oriented approach is available in the helpdesk - access SR-s by end users (new menu item)
- An option to Quick create Contacts/Accounts from within the Helpdesk
- A New field available in the Helpdesk - Display active SR-s out of total per end user (1 Active out of 17) - this gives you a clue on the activity the end user has with you.....
- Enhnaced Logo display capabilities - (doesn't stretch)
- New tag - your company name - to be used in the notifications.
- Import users and companies from CSV file
- Quick lists - common issues can be entered as templates ans chosen by end users and Admins for quick entry of SR-s.
- Enhanced webform capabilities.
- And more...

This new product will help upgrade the service approach in SysAid and constantly bring new features from the world of customer service to the core product.
Of course these new additions will be fully compatible with previous releases and they won't be mandatory to use or adapt.

Yes. There are many new features that mainly needed in support for external customers. There is also naming changes.

[b]One of the features is anonymous access to the self service so your customers will be able to submit SRs without login:[/b]

You can also easily integrate the self service portal in your website as an inner frame.

SysAid CSS currently does not have the asset management and the agent which are needed for the remote control.
This feature might be added in a later version.

We currently provide only a Hosted solution for SysAid CSS (SaaS - Software As A Service)

This is our strategy at the moment - SysAid CSS is aimed to external support providers for all services (not only IT).

It is also built on a designated platform with robust redundancy and tuned for optimal performance.

Again - this is our strategy at the moment - if we change it in the future we will of course announce it.
