Just wanted to enter my input, I love my job, and without sounding like the rest of you guys who now have strange tasting chocolate on your noses, SysAid has genuinly made it an awful lot easier. After finding the software people suddenly thought, "This guy has a few good ideas!" and after using it i dont get 20 phonecalls a minute to which i have to answer, "Switch it off and on again".

I'm not sure if anyone is still checking this thread, but when the next batch of mugs comes in it would look wonderful on my desk.

No longer running around to attend to SRs around.
Unfortunatelly we still use the free version, as I still couldn't get the company to get the full version, therefore I dont know if I'm eligible for a mug or a t-shirt (would seem even like a 'smart-*ss', I mean... not paying but asking), but I would really love to have some coffee on those mugs.
I might even pay for one, if that would make up for the 'free version'

Sysaid has made our IT Department so much more effective. My end users love that they can complain anytime they want! It is so much easier to track problem areas.
I also am so impressed with how quickly SysAid is placing updates and adding such awesome features. I'm really looking forward to 6.5 as I did 6.0. Great job!
I can say I hope you can keep up the great updates as you are. Really seperates you from many other software companies!

My most favorite things to work on at work are: Visualization, Router/Switch Network, SysAid, and Solarwinds NTA.

The list is endless on the other products and processes we work with on a daily basis, and SysAid seems to work into all of them in one platform. In fact I see myself consolidating many of our processes into Sysaid such as monitoring, remote access, and so on.
