Here is a the bugs we fixed in this new release:

Disabling of End User Portal fixed.

Despite a disabling of the End User Portal, the FAQ page could still be reached by end users.

When the End User Portal is disabled, the link to an FAQ page is unavailable for end users.

Mac agent does  not run when the user is not an administrator

When the user is not defined as a SysAid administrator, the SysAid agent does not run on Macintosh.

The SysAid agent runs on Macintosh PCs even if the user is not defined as a SysAid administrator.

Changing the priority of an SR does not change its due date.

A change in the priority of a service request does not cause an automatic adjustment of its due date. 

A change in the priority of a service request activates an automatic adjustment of its due date. 

Malfunction in sorting of the Activities list

Sorting the list of SR activities according to the titles of list columns does not function appropriately.

It is possible to sort all the lists in SysAid according to the titles of the lists columns.

Tasks and activities of a deleted project remain undeleted

In the Tasks and Projects module, when deleting a certain project, its related tasks and activities remain undeleted.

When deleting a project, its related tasks and activities are deleted accordingly.

License limitation includes disabled administrators.

Disabled administrators were not counted to match the maximum number of licensed administrators.

Disabled administrators are taken into account for the maximum number of administrators you have licenses for.

Malfunction in the report Software/Hardware Inventory

When there are many assets, the report Software/Hardware Inventory does not show the details of software products appropriately.

A change in the title of an asset type is not shown in all occurrences.

Empty PDF printouts

Under Helpdesk ->Activities, the PDF is printed as an empty document

All PDF prints in SysAid include the requested data.

Exports to CVS in the Tasks and Projects module

Non-English language data from the Tasks and Projects module is not exported appropriately to CVS. 

Tasks and Projects module data is appropriately exported to CVS.

Adding tests to a new Server Template

Under Monitoring-> Server Template, adding tests to a new server template fails.

Server templates in the Monitoring module function appropriately.

A quotation mark in a name of an asset group

In SysAid Inventory, it is impossible to delete or enter a group with a name that includes a quotation mark.

A group of assets with a name that includes a quotation mark functions appropriately.

Add Note popup box in a SR

When closing the ‘Add Note’ popup box in a SR, an error occurs.

The ‘Add Note’ popup box in a service request functions appropriately.

CPU usage maximum value limitation

In the monitoring of workstations, the CPU usage can accept a value over 100%

In the Monitoring module the CPU usage is limited to 100%

“Select users window” in a SR

In a SR, the “select users window” function remains on the last used page in the next visits.

In a SR, the “select users window” function is refreshed for each visit, according to the current data.

Sending an email from the Phone call page

Under Helpdesk->SR->Phone Call, it is impossible to send an email to the request user by clicking on the username.

It is possible to send an email to the request user by clicking on the username, from the Phone Call page in the SysAid Helpdesk module.

Fixed the operation of the “Forgot Password” screen.

An error occurs when a user who forgot a password sends a form with only the account information.

SysAid asks for the additional information when a user who forgot a password inserts only the account information.

SR list filter

The third dropdown in the  filter of the SR list cannot accept any values.

The filter of the SR list in the SysAid Helpdesk module function appropriately.

Deleting the password of the user in the Email Integration page.

Under Preferences-> Email Integration, deleting the password of the user cannot be completed.

The password of the user in the Email Integration page can be deleted.

Viewing of fields in the SR of the End User Portal.

In the End User Portal, the activities and the messages were not shown on the SR page, even if selected to be visible by the administrator.

All the fields selected by an administrator appear appropriately in the SR page of the End User Portal.

SR history field character limitation

In the Helpdesk module, the service request History field is not limited in the characters that it can include.

In the Helpdesk module, the service request History field is not limited to 200 characters, and the title of this field is limited to 100 characters.

Adding a SR to the appropriate Knowledgebase.

A service request can be added to the knowledge base of Administrators by End Users, and vice versa.

Only Administrators can add a SR to the Administrator KB, and only End Users can add a SR to the End User KB

Re-opening a service request with a “Closed” status.

Helpdesk-> New SR-> choose “Closed” status-> Click “Apply” and choose to add the SR to the KB.
As a result it is impossible to re-open the SR.

SR can be saved and re-opened appropriately, regardless of their status.

Service requests saved for administrators available to end users

When saving a SR in the Administrators KB, the end users are able to see it in their Self Service, occasionally.

Service requests that are saved in the Administrators KB are available only for administrators.

Adding a computer to an asset group with MSSQL database.

There are problems when adding a computer to an asset group in the SysAid Inventory, when working with MSSQL database.

Attachments cut in the Hebrew interface.

When Hebrew interface (Right-to-left) is used in SysAid, the right end of attachments is cut off.

Attachments function appropriately in interfaces of all the languages supported by SysAid.

Disabling an administrator in the User Management page.

In the User Management page, a button for disabling an administrator is missing.

A button for disabling an administrator in the User Management page was added.

Checking of mails when more than a single email integration address is defined.

When more then one integration email is defined for the email integration, any failure causes other mails not to be checked.

Email integration functions appropriately.

Selecting a request user for a SR.

Search results fail to show when clicking the  Change button to select a request user for a SR.

Missing field in the End User view of old service requests.

In the End User Portal list, the end user cannot view the names in the  Request User filed in “View your old Service Request” list.

The view of old service request list includes all the relevant fields in the End User Portal.

Consistency in ID number of service requests.

The format of the Service Request ID in the subject field is consistent when creating a new SR

The format of the SR ID number is consistent throughout SysAid.

Printing Active Service Requests list.

In the service request list in the SysAid helpdesk, the Active Service Requests list printout turn out as a blank page occasionally.

Change of field type to a dropdown list in the LDAP integration

In the LDAP integration  it was possible  to import into SysAid attributes which are not allowed.

The option to import into SysAid attributes which are not allowed is disabled in the LDAP integration. The field was changed to a dropdown menu instead of an open text field.

Correction of the automatic notification sent for a pending SR

In SysAid Customized Notifications, when changing a status of the SR to pending, a notification is sent to the end user that the SR has been closed.

Only when the SR is in fact closed does the end user get an automatic notification that the SR has been closed. (If the administrator has defined this notification, naturally). 

“Show All” view of the SR list

The “Show All” function in the SysAid Service Request list is not saved when the page is refreshed.

The viewing preferences defined for SysAid lists remain when the pages are refreshed.

Change of field type in the Asset Information page

The Asset Information page in SysAid Inventory includes a  Purchase Cost  field which accepts integer values.

The Purchase Cost field in the Asset Information page is now of a float type.

Saving Purchase Cost in the Asset Information page.

In the Asset Information page under SysAid Inventory, if the 'Purchase Cost ' field is added to one of the tabs, it is impossible to save the page in the other tabs.

The Asset Information page with all its customizations can be appropriately saved.

Non-English reports filtered according to a category.

In the Analyzer, generating a report in a language other than English according to a certain category fails.

Generating reports according to a specific category in the SysAid analyzer is possible in all the supported languages.

End user opening of an attachment.

Opening a an attachment of a notification by an End User who is not logged into SysAid results in a re-direction of that user to the End User Portal

Adding an activity for a phone call page.

When adding an activity to a phone call in the SR form, the activity is associated with SR #0, rather than with the actual number set in the SR.

PDF printout of a large number of service requests

The exporting to PDF of a page with a large amount of service requests fails.

Escalation rules in non-English interfaces

Deleting a category with an apostrophe in its name

Under Preferences->Helpdesk Settings, it is impossible to delete a category with an apostrophe in its name.

Deleting any category is enabled in the Helpdesk settings preferences.

Warning about insecure elements in the dashboard page

There is no warning regarding insecure elements in the dashboard page.

We have added a warning message for insecure elements in the SysAid dashboard page.

Re-routing of service requests

Re-routing of service requests from an out-of-office admin to another admin is occasionally not possible.

SysAid automatically re-routs service requests from an out-of-office admin, according to your settings.

CPU Speed values

In the SysAid Asset Management, under the Import Assets page, the field CPU Speed is limited to integer values.

The field CPU Speed is not limited to integer values only.

SSO authentication on tomcat

In the SysAid LDAP Integration, in some cases the SSO on tomcat, authentication fails against JCIFS.

The SSO functions flawlessly.

Group name missing

Under Preferences-> User Management, the group name will appear to be empty even when the user belongs to a group.

The name of the groups a user belongs to appear in the User Management page.

Icons for creating or modifying reports.

In the Managers Dashboard, when using Explorer7 browser, the icons for creating or modifying reports appear as disabled.

Action icons throughout SysAid appear and function appropriately in all web browsers.

Popup “add to knowledge base”

Whenever changes are made in  a closed service request in the SysAid helpdesk module, a popup screen suggesting to add the SR to the KB pops up.

Changes made in a closed SR do not induce unnecessary popup screens.

$AssignTo tag can be used to indicate whether the SR is assigned to anyone.

Under preferences->Customize->Customized notifications, it was impossible to use the $AssignTo tag to indicate whether the SR is assigned to someone or not.

It is now possible to use the $AssignTo tag to indicate whether the SR is assigned to someone or not.

Adding a custom list in the SR activities

Adding custom list in a service request activities fails.

It is now possible to successfully add a custom list in the service request activities.

Added a possibility to change the login string “has been expired”

It was impossible to change the login text in the case the password has been expired.

Missing information in "show assets using software"

Under System -> Software Products -> click a software product-> choose "Show assets using software", the Users column in the list is empty, even when users were defined.

Login with agent does not generate a selection of the asset by default

When account default ->  Automatic login from agent is selected, nevertheless an end user automatic login with the agent will not generate a selection of the current asset by default.

Impossible to set an automatic notification when the SR statues changes.

Under Preferences -> Help Desk settings -> General settings, it is impossible to select " Email notification to end user when ->Status changes to".

Importing nested groups with the LDAP integration.

In SysAid LDAP integration, there was a bug in the import of nested groups.

Importing nested groups with the LDAP integration is successful.

Popup screen does not appear above other screens.

When using IE7, under SR  -> Messages tab ->subject, the popup screen is hidden behind other screens.

Saving of Project Settings

Under Preferences->Project Setting->Notification, moving to another page without saving results in losing the information inserted for the notification.

Filtering the service request list

In the helpdesk list, creating a filter using the combo box fails.
