Before installing SysAid 5.0, please check to see whether you have customized your HTML files.

1. Log in to your current release of SysAid
   
   
2. Go to Preferences->Customize->Appearance tab.
3. Look at the box next to the line HTML Files Location. If the box is empty, you have no special customization of your HTML files, and may proceed to upgrade to the new SysAid 5.0 version. If, however, there is an address in the HTML Files Location field, you will have to adjust your html customizations to the new SysAid 5.0 version.

Adjust your HTML Customization with SysAid 5.0

If the HTML Files Location is not empty in your current SysAid version, please follow the instructions below before upgrading to SysAid 5.0:

1. Download the new HTML templates
   
2. Extract the zip file to a new directory under the SysAidServer directory.
3. In the new location, open the directory, and make the necessary changes in the pages you have customized.
   
   
4. Save the revised directory in the location of your old file.

If you are unsure how to adjust your customized HTML files, please Zip the directory and send it to us. The title of your email should be: html template upgrade. Please do not update your SysAid version until we answer your email; otherwise your HTML customization will be lost.
