SysAid Major 5.0 version-Adjusting your HTML Customizations

Before installing the upgrade to SysAid major version 5.0, please check whether you have customized your html files. To do so, please follow the instructions:

• Login as an administrator to the version of SysAid you are currently using (which should be older than the new 5.0 version, of course).
• Go to Preferences->Customize->Appearance tab.
• Look at the box next to the line HTML Files Location. If the box is empty, you have no special customization of your html files, and may proceed to update to the new SysAid 5.0 version.
• If, however, there is an address in the HTML Files Location field, you will have to adjust your html customizations to the new SysAid 5.0 version.

How to Adjust your HTML Customizations to the New SysAid Version 5.0?

If the HTML Files Location is not empty in your current SysAid version, please follow the instructions below before updating to the new 5.0 SysAid version:

• Download the new HTML templates at http://ilient.com/down/html-v5.zip
• Extract the zip file to a new directory under the SysAidServer directory.
• In the new location, open the directory, and make the necessary changes in the pages you have customized.
• Save the revised directory instead of the old one, in the same location.
• If you are unsure how to adjust your customized HTML files, please Zip the directory and sent it to us
• The title of your email should be: html template upgrade.
• Please do not update your SysAid version until we answer your email, otherwise your html files customization will be lost.
