As hosted software, your system is automatically updated with new SysAid releases, maintenance activities, and bug fixes. Full backups are performed daily and sent to two different remote secure data centers. SysAid On-Demand is secured by standard HTTP protocols, and is protected by strict database and network monitoring.


SysAid Free Edition
SysAid Free Edition is a light and fully-functional helpdesk solution that is completely web-based. It supports up to 2 administrators and 100 assets and end-users, and includes important helpdesk and asset management features. SysAid Free Edition helps you supervise your organization's inventory and efficiently resolve end-user's technical issues. With automated processes, you receive automatic reports and updates to stay informed about your helpdesk's activities. SysAid Free Edition is an ideal solution for smaller organizations.
