Fixed Bugs:
A bug in the end user portal, which did not
allow HTML code in the self service answers (FAQ)
A bug in the "Time to Respond" timer; not calculated
as expected
A link from the main page to "active service requests
assigned to you" in some case caused "Error in
query"
A bug in the helpdesk Matrix, when using the Firebird
databases on some values
Some new Pentium 4 models were identified incorrectly as
Celeron
SysAid 3.0 will be released
soon as a beta, adding new and exciting features. A demo

This update is for the standard installation that uses the
Tomcat server. If you use a different installation, contact us
for a suitable update in a separate email.
Run the downloaded file to upgrade your version of SysAid. When
you install the update, the SysAid server will be restarted
(Linux/Unix users must manually restart the Tomcat server).
Thus, you should update SysAid when users are not accessing the
system.
