New Features:
Multiple language support. SysAid now supports English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Hebrew.
(The language can be switched on the preference page.)
Two preferences menus--User Management and Customize--consolidate some earlier preference menus.
Bug Fixings :
A server installation bug which would occur if the Network Settings values were not set, and the settings were not checked.
A bug in the hot key settings in the Deployment Tool. An option to disable the hot key is now included.
A memory leak on end users sessions.
Routing on third level categories.
Open/closed request report now includes pending requests .
If you're running version 2.0.20, install 2.0.23 instead.
