New Features:
Administrators can now modify the interface's texts. With this feature, administrators can adapt texts to the organization's needs, or completely translate the interface into another language.
The LDAP support has been improved, and now automatically finds users in all LDAP groups.
Added a perl API to register assets and submit SRs.
Added an option to change the HotKey in installation with a login script.
Bug Fixings :
A bug in sending notifications on new SRs to default users.
A bug in saving the "Customize Submit Service Request " form, which corrupted the form.
A bug in some reports when using the American date input style.
SysAid now supports account IDs that contains blanks.
Performance improvement -- Solved a problem in the optimization of the search index.
Improved the speed of the "Submit Service Request" action from the desktop shortcut.
A bug in user deletion, when the username contained a '\' character.
"Edit End Users Self Service" now works on MsSQL databases.
A bug where sometimes, updating an asset raised an exception.

Run the downloaded file to upgrade your version of SysAid. When you install the update, the SysAid server will be restarted. Thus, you should update SysAid when users are not accessing the system.
