Changes:
End users can now change their settings, such as their name, password, email address, and more.
There is now room to add longer notes to service requests.
New icons for the end users' page.
The remote control process, from attempted to successful/failed connection, appears on the screen.
Higher remote control reliability.
Fixed a bug that would, in some cases, prevent the deletion of administrators.
Fixed a runtime error on the Helpdesk Settings page.
Fixed a bug that would occur when user names included a "\" character.
Fixed a bug that would enable Javascript to run in the description window, if entered.
Fixed a bug in the installation of the SysAid client on some versions of Windows 95.
Fixed a problem for Windows 9X, where SysAid would not properly retrieve the username.
The Service Request Matrix and Search are now available to all administrators, but show only the requests the administrator is authorized to view.
These new features/changes, only recently created, functioned properly when tested. If, however, you do encounter bugs, let us know and we'll fix them. Also, feel free to send us any suggestions or comments. We appreciate your feedback. As always, we can be reached at support@ilient.com.

Linux/Unix users may contact us for the upgrade.
Run the downloaded file to upgrade your version of SysAid. When you install the update, the SysAid server will be restarted. Thus, you should update SysAid when users are not accessing the system.
