New Features:
1. Option to add your own logo (under Customize -> Appearance)
2. Option to use SMTP authentication, and an SMTP server, that are not on the default port
3. With new "Integrated Windows Authentication" (NTLM), SysAid can use the Windows username, and won't require the user to log in (available in Full Edition)
Bugs Fixed :
When service requests close, SysAid does not automatically email the responsible administrator
Sometimes, after an administrator logs out, end users cannot log in to the same browser session
Problems using filters on the end user list and select user
Error accessing the "Activities" tab in "New SR"
Javascript error when adding notes
In "Activities", when a user enters time from 8:30 to 16:30, it states 30 minutes and not 8 hours
Problems in the de-escalation process
Bug in the SysAid agent, causing the client to disconnect from the server and remote control not to work

Linux/Unix users may contact us for the upgrade.
Run the downloaded file to upgrade your version of SysAid. When you install the update, the SysAid server will be restarted. Thus, you should update SysAid when users are not accessing the system.
