SysAid Self-Service:
Special characters in the tree menu

The tree menu does not display correctly when there are special character in the categories.  

The categories in the tree chart can display special characters.

Monitoring: 
Refresh button missing

The refresh button for Operating System Processes is missing

The refresh button for Operating System Processes is available.

Help Desk:
Administrator permissions

An administrator with limited permissions can still enter the helpdesk settings.

Only permitted administrators can enter the helpdesk settings.

Mobile:
Error in the Query message

Viewing service requests in the mobile portal is impossible.

It is possible to view service requests in the SysAid mobile portal.

Helpdesk:
Choosing a status in the matrix

Choosing ‘Status’ as one of the columns or rows in the matrix does not apply.

The SysAid matrix shows the appropriate data when choosing ‘Status’ for columns or rows.

LDAP Integration:
Import of users

Importing users from LDAP in MSSQL database integration is not case sensitive, and therefore the import is not complete.

Importing users from LDAP is accurate, and case sensitive.

Asset List:
Search in non-Latin characters

It is impossible to search assets with non-Latin characters.

Searching assets with non-Latin characters is available.
The navigation arrows are correctly displayed on both IE and FF

SysAid Remote Control:
Hostname instead of remote IP

In SysAid Remote Control the hostname is used instead of the IP of the remote asset.

SysAid remote control is conducted flawlessly.

SysAid Helpdesk- the display of HTML tags

HTML tags in automatic messages are not displayed correctly.

SysAid Helpdesk: telephone numbers in customized notifications

Customized notifications in SysAid helpdesk do not include an option to add mobile and telephone numbers.

It is impossible to define the time for an escalation rule according to minutes.

It is now possible to define the time for an escalation rule according to minutes.

Starting and Stopping the Derby server

It is impossible to start or stop the Derby server via SysAid.

It is now possible to start or stop the Derby server using batch files
according to your need.

PNG displayed incorrectly  on IE 6

IE 6 did not display PNG format images well.

IE 6 displays PNG format images correctly, like they are displayed in IE 7  and  FF
