Names of administrators that include a backslash or an apostrophe character cause various errors in SysAid: they appear incorrectly, cause an error in filtering the service requests list, or cause an error when setting permissions. In some cases, these names cannot be removed. The presence of such character in administrator's names can cause search problems, errors in the matrix table, and difficulties in navigating between pages.
#3500 If a service request is assigned to a group whose name contains a backlash or apostrophe, an error occurs in the escalation rules under SQL format.
#3527 A blank page appears when creating a company with an apostrophe in its name.
#3503 Adding a category with a backslash (\n, \r, \t or \b ) in its title creates an error in the sub-category.
