System Architecture


The minimum requirements for SysAid are:

Server - Required for SysAid Full Edition Only

OS

Windows - NT, 2000, XP, 2003, or Vista

Linux/Unix - with SUN Java 1.5 or above

Mac - with SUN JAVA 1.5 or above

CPU: Pentium 4 processor or equivalent
RAM: 1 GB
Disk Space for application: 1GB
Disk Space for database: May vary according to use, attachment frequency, and size. As a general rule of thumb, each end-user requires an estimated 10 MB. If your organization has more than 500 users or assets, it is advisable to migrate to an external database such as Oracle, MSSQL or MySQL.


Administrator Station

Web Browser: Internet Explorer 5 and up, Firefox, Chrome


Agent (End-User Station)
